Had a disastrous experience with these people who are extremely rude and do no like a complaint.We were stranded at Sydney airport for over 2 hrs standing near Mc Donalds after a long overnight flight.We requested pick up at 10 am but the Driver failed to turn up so we had to take a train to Newcastle.To add insult to injury they denied any lapse and refused a refund.Will never deal with them as we learnta bitter lesson trusting a good service.
I have never experienced more poor customer service in my entire life. Happy Cabby to start off when we booked for a group of 5 was told that pickup would be at 9:15 give or take 15 minutes. Then a couple of days later they called to move it till 8:45. That was fine. However, then the day before they called and said that we would be picked up at 7:00AM. This is over a 2 hour time difference than our original pick up time. Another member in our group called to complain about the difference. The representative on the other line was really rude and blamed our friend for not understanding. "They've been working their for 17 years so they would not have this misunderstanding that the time could not change this much." Also, we did not state all of our flights just our earliest because we wanted to ride the cab together. This time change was a huge inconvenience to the ones whose flight was at 4 and not at 2. Terrible service. I booked online and then my flight was changed to arrive 10 minutes later with a different flight number. My partner rang to update them with this info and when I arrived at the meeting point I was told that the bus had already left and the next one wasn't for another 3 hours. I took the train instead and insisted on a refund. The staff were completely adamant that it was my fault and accepted no responsibility, apologize or show any empathy whatsoever. I was not given a refund even though I did not use the service and they messed up. I would not recommend this company to anyone. RUDE
