I've recently started training with Alan and I'm really enjoying my workouts. At the gym, he pushes me a lot to maximize muscle growth, but is always very conscious of my limits and fatigue. Alan also devised a routine for me to do at home. I would highly recommend him.
I have had a serious back problem for more than a year. I struggled my everyday life, specially my work. Of course, I tried a physio many times before but my back pain keep coming back. I still have a back pain sometimes but after Alan treated me that became not my problem. He listened me carefully and treated with profession. Very easy to talk with him about my health problems.
He also gave me some short exercise program which I can follow at home everyday.
I am looking foward to be healther and back pain free soon.
Alan is not your average Personal Trainer. He helped me with a shoulder injury when no one else seemed to understand. He also gave me simple exercise program that works and doesn't aggrevate my other injuries. If you are sick of doctors, Physio's and other trainers that don't listen or seem to understand, I would sincerly recommend Alan at Hard On Fitness!

I cannot reccommend Alan highly enough. His knowledge and experince have helped me lose weight, stop snoring and gain confidence in myself. Alan is always ready to offer advice and thinks beyond the gym and provides advice regarding all aspects of fitness and weight loss. Alan made every session a challenge and really made me feel like I had acheived something new each time I left. I would reccommend him to anyone.
