Harp Junction Garage helped me considerably in the last few days. My Lancer overheated when travelling from out of town to visit in their neighbourhood. Despite reservations about time being available they squeezed me in the next day, diagnosed and replaced a faulty air fan - at reasonable cost.

Harp Junction Garage has serviced my vehicles for many years and I have found them to be very honest and up front about any repairs required. If ever I need my vehicle by a certain time, they do their best to accommodate me, even driving the car to my home when I was unable to pick it up. Nice guys Very average mechanics Had work done here as it was local garage. They only fixed half the problem. When I brought it back 6 months later to fix other half of the problem they took off a third of the labor. So basically had to pay twice for labour on something that should have been fixed the first time. The parts/repair prices were over the odds too

I took my car here recently for a small service which turned into a bill of +/- $800. All various problems were found . They rang me during the day to advice me of the costs and I agreed to pay it. Upon arrival the bill was $160 more than quoted over the phone. They decided to replace the battery because when they took it for a test ride it kept stalling. Weird, because I never had that problem and the battery that I had was less than 12 months old plus they didn't tell me this over the phone earlier. I still accepted the "new" battery and had my old one and this "new" one tested. Turned out that my battery was fine, In fact it was better than the one they installed.....You could actually even see scratches on the "new" battery so it looked used to me. These people are very friendly and I trusted them but after this debacle I will never return here. Hopefully you guys don't have the same problem.
