Was sold an woodborer infested Tallboy from John El-Masri the store proprietor. Don't shop there as he is disgusting, practicing unethical grubby tactics to cover his tracks with a dodgy report. I have evidence of the woodborer in my possession and taped activity of them tunnelling through the wood. John El-Masri has kept the Tallboy and will not provide a credit so we have lost our hard earned money.
I went to this store today on the boxing day. They were trying to handle things with normal staffs because of which obviously there was almost no support.
1)The staff were placed based on price of product. For product priced more than 500$, the staff would come and ask whereas if we try to inquire about product less than that they would just rudely reply they are supporting some other customers(I asked three staffs).
2)I was trying to buy printer and keyboard, I stood there for 25 minutes nobody arrived. I went to one of the counters, I waited for 10 minutes, when a guy was trying to make an invoice for somebody(it took 10 minutes for that),when finished he left saying he has something else to do. The worst! When i asked for help to find a laptop for everyday use, the staff told me they had no laptops left... what a joke! I approached the same staff to show them the laptops. He didnt apologise or show any signs of sorrow but kept suggesting me to buy other unnecessary extras. while the laptop was only around $750, the total came down to over $1100 with all that. In fact, i was shocked again to find out that they gave me a laptop of the same brand but different model which was cheaper than what i paid for. All i can say is that this is just shocking.
Yes, when ever you ask for suggestion, I found that they would try to upsale you with something which is much higher in the price (some were whimsical as I know being a tech person).
