Harvey Norman Bundaberg

I brought a Cody table. Opened it up to find it damaged and faulty. I've followed HN steps to arrange to resolve this issue via email first, showing photos of damage. Been ignored ongoing for several weeks now. I'm appalled at the disgraceful 'customer service' that I am experiencing at this store. Why buy here if they sell you damaged items and then ignore you and not resolve the issue? Too risky.....it's an expensive table too. How about you get back to me pronto and resolve this issue HN?

Goes well above and beyond her duties to make sure that you are satisfied with your products. If there is a staff member of the month I would nominate her. Thank you for such great service. Will definitely be shopping there again and asking for her advice.

Harvey Norman Bundaberg has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I have not had a single transaction at this store that has not resulted in stress and frustration. I have had sales people misrepresent products and prices, and be outright rude. In one instance, I waited 2 months for furniture I'd paid for to be delivered before they told me it was not available. In another, I waited another two months for a missing lounge suite cushion and was eventually forced to take used floor stock. Every time there has been a service issue, they promise to follow up and call back, but never do. In another instance, a sales person told me they were doing a special price to make up for the poor previous treatment, only for me to find out later that day that they had simply reduced the item to the advertised catalog price! One of the best Ive seen. The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Ive never had a problem with our local store and really enjoy shopping there, especially on weekends. I always nab a bargain, but be warned, when they have a sale, they are REALLY busy!
