Harvey Norman Port Kennedy

I went to harvey norman quite a few times just to browse around and to check the furniture or household that would suit the house and fit in well. It is a lot of money when buying households or furniture and wanted to be sure. The lady with short black hair with black glasses has never been nice to me when shopping. On the day when I finalised what to buy, I thought if the same lady will come around I will not buy anything. Glad one really nice rep came and I end up buying things around 2 grand. Every customer is valuable. For every customer, it is important to be sure before spending any or huge money. It doesnt matter whether the customer is coming once or twice or 5 times to be sure of what they want to buy. I didnt go to the shop again as I just dont want to see that lady. She is soooo rude.

Very poor after sales service. If you call once you paid they wont respond properly and hang up phone without listening to you. Ordered fridge and had a issue with the height but respond from these guys it not to solve it only about money money money... After sales service not good at all and i have cancelled my order which will cost me $80 but i am glad that i wont have to deal with them for warranty and product quality. They are the worse blocks. Prefer Innaloo store which is far better service and follow up. As well as bought massive items from them and never had a issue like this guys. Looks like they are learning.
