What a shame this hairdressers isn't consistent, hair was cut perfectly last time I went, made appointment again, waited for nearly a week to get in with the same hairdresser, only to find out when I arrived that they had changed the days the same hairdresser works, didn't ring me and then had whoever was available, hair stuck up like a cockatoo, shocking cut, what a shame their customer service leaves a lot to be desired, defiantly won't be going back there again.
Just visited HQ 4 Hair , first visit after loosing hair due to chemo, and now being able to get coloured and cut again, they were so good and made sure that none of the colour touched my scalp which was what I was concerned about, lovely colour and great cut, would definitely recommended this salon, and thank you Hannah for listening to just how I wanted it cut, which very few hairdressers do. Would definitely visit again !!
I recently visited headquarters in kingsway shopping centre and I must admit, had I seen these reviews I would probably have given them a miss. I must say though that I am ever so glad I didnt see the reviews as I would have missed a truly great experience and also a magnificent hair cut.

The worst. I went two weeks ago. I had dark brown hair, two inches of blonde regrowth, very thick and very long. I wanted the dark brown removed and a very natural colour applied (hence the regrowth colour). They bleached my hair (this was fine), they applied the new colour (this was fine at the time). They washed out the new colour after 35 minutes. It's the same colour I walked in with!! Dark brown!! I complained and was told "it will fade"!! I had a dye ring around my forehead so needed to go home and use alcohol wipes to remove it. I then realised I had "product" (be it shampoo or conditioner) on the underneath / back of my head (nape), I scratched my scalp and had hair dye remains under my fingernails. Lots of it. All this for $230!! Be ware if you need your hair washed too! This is challenging for the staff who washes hair.
hairdressers come and go all the time at every salon, i personally have been there quite a few times and have been happy every time. my colours have always looked great as well as my cuts. my fiance also goes there n hes never had any complaints. i suppose its what hairdesser you have do your hair.
