I have used this practice for 4 years and up until recently have been happy with the service provided.I recently took my dog as she had an itchy backside and after a series of interventions I felt I was coerced into, I left with a tube of ointment and a bill for $185.
I next took my other dog about a cyst on his wrist and was advised it should be removed and was then given a detailed printed quote. For a 10 minute procedure the cost including the initial consultation would be $667. This did not include after care.
I took my dog to a well respected clinic in Bendigo recommended by a friend. Total cost of operation including a teeth clean, removal of a loose tooth, nails trimmed ,initial consultation and after care was $193. He received excellent, caring treatment. Their prices are outrageous.
We love the staff and service at Vets all Natural. They care passionately about the animals and offer sound advice. They are affordable and are available on short notice for appointments. We travel from Bendigo and wouldn't go anywhere else. Keep up the good work!
As I was moving out of Melbourne more than 12 years ago I was very fortunate to get a recommendation to a veterinary practice - Vets All Natural. Over this time, because of the rescue work for sighthounds that I do, I have had many dogs visit the clinic. Vets and support staff alike have been helpful, especially through some very weird illnesses which took some time to sort out. They were willing to listen to my views and work with me to support the dog until we could have appropriate surgery. The clinic has a great philosophy, and have been utterly supportive through some very difficult times. Earlier this year we were unfortunate enough to have two middle-of-the-night veterinary emergencies. Their on-call is second-to-none, and their support following the passing of our dear companions is exemplary. They have skills, heart, and genuinely care for the animals. I have not ever, anywhere, found better.
