DO NOT GO HERE. Allegric reaction to microdermabrasion! Didn't clean the tools they used! Service was terrible. They showed me no respect just because I used a coupon. My coupon was for two visits but both times they double booked me and made me wait during my treatment while they served the other customer. The first time they told me my skin was bad and suggested I should exfoliate. I took their advice and started exfoliating at home. When I went in for my second treatment they told me my skin is still terrible and when I said I started exfoliating like they suggested, they contradict self and claimed "exfoliating doesn't do anything!" Couldn't wait to get out of there! Definitely not worth even buying a groupon!
I wish i had viewed all these before I decided to purchase the voucher I bought earlier. Let me just say, the customer service - there is none. Manners goes a long way when dealing with prospective clients. When I tried to book for a Saturday, I was told they were mainly for their regular customers and I couldn't get in any earlier so I was booked for 2 months in advance and then 1 month for the last treatment. If you love your job and want more clients, treat them with respect so they keep coming back.I won't be going back anytime soon or recommend this place to anyone. Obviously you don't want new business, so stop advertising for it.
I have only one word to describe this place - UNSANITARY. No, maybe another - UNPROFESSIONAL. I visited some time ago but the experience stuck with me because it was quite memorable, but not in a good way. First of all, there was an overwhelming reek of cigarettes upon opening the door, and a dog running about inside - not a good first impression. When I was taken to the beauty salon bed, I saw that the surface of this was filthy, with old wax, hair and unknown marks. The whole place was dirty and looked disorganised and unprofesssional. I was having an eyebrow wax and eyelash tint. While my eyes were shut with the eyelash tint, the beautician took the opportunity to have a cigarette.I should have trusted my first impression, and slowly backed out into the street when I first opened the door. I will NEVER EVER go back.
I decided to write a review only because of how disappointed I was upon turning up to use a voucher I had purchased for 2 Microdermabrasion sessions (+some light therapy and a mask) for 29$. I had hoped for a relaxing treat, and it certainly was not.
