Disappointing! The coffee was ok.
After ordering coffees and attempting to choose a table, preferably where we could enjoy the lake view, we were told by the staff member that we could not sit there, neither could we sit outside as they were not very busy and did not want people seated in those areas before they closed (within the hour of our arrival for coffee). There were a few customers in that inside area at the time. We have an entertainment book and also received a gift voucher for Christmas which we decided to use. As we all know a gift voucher is classed as cash and was purchased by a friend of ours for us to use. When we attempted to order and pay for our meals we were told that we could not use the entertainment voucher and gift voucher together.

We had an Entertainment book voucher so went in to give it a try. The coffee and food were pretty good, but we were glad we had the voucher because even with it, we found the place to be overpriced. The kids play area is great. Service was slow, we waited for a long time for our food, but the place was quite busy, to be fair. Cakes looked good, but we didn't try them. Not sure if I'd go back, too many other places to try.
