Fantastic range, staff member smiles as we entered, so far so good, so happy to find this shop. I couldn't find the advertised special I was looking for so I correctly described it, a rc nitro car to staff. Told me they didn't sell rc nitro cars at that price so it must be another shops ad. Then showed me the cheapest one said had being over $100 more expensive than the one I went in for. I told staff I know I'm right so asked to see the management. Whilst waiting I saw the display , you guessed it, the product I went in for, the one the don't sell. Wow, not happy! The management comes out, listened to my story and tell them I found what I wanted........all good you would think...... No !,,, tells me I have an problem, and to get out!, all this in frOnt of my 12 yo son. wow, ..... Went home checked out an on line site, similar product for half their special price, have since got spare parts delivered no problem. Have since spent thousands of dollars on line,

Great range, helpful staff, just frightfully expensive, almost double the price compared same stock bought from uk (ajm railways) including postage for many Hornby railway items . Sad
