My friend and I just turned up to an inspection to lease in South Melbourne after finding the place online last night and observing their 'inspection time 2:05-2:20pm.' We raced over from seeing another property only to wait outside this one for 15 minutes along with about 10 other couples. The agent casually sauntered in announcing (so soft that only the 2 couples near her could hear) 'we leased this property last night.' We had to ask her to repeat herself twice and still could barely understand what she was saying. We understand that sometimes there are oversights and things happen, but not only did she not offer a big apology for the inconvenience, but she was late (!) and delivered the message with no confidence. Not impressed.
