Reception staff there is extremely rude and offensive.
I flew 16 hrs to have a surgery,was shocked that hospital wasn't booked & secretary telling me she doesn't have my details(although it was confirmed in writing by her).To justify themselves they acted in a soooo impolite & disrespectful way.
