Financially, we have to say the HBA “killed it” with their tender process. We have signed contracts with a great builder at way below the price per square metre that we were given by other builders for what were simpler designs. HBA have literally saved us tens of thousands of dollars and we have a really impressive list of inclusions from HBA’s builder as well. Thanks HBA!
