Quoted for gutter repair, then different person came to check quote. Then guys turned up with the incorrect gutter type. Eventually got the job done. Within 6 months water leaked from corner and fall was completely incorrect. Called them. Someone came and said yes this isn't right I have a job down the road and we will be back to fix it. Never heard from them again. This company must have written the book on incompetency. I recommend you stay well clear as they are not likely to be in business for very much longer IMHO.
The Home Roofing crew recently installed a new roof, gutters and facade to my house. Very impressed with the team from the initial inspection and quote through to delivery on the job. A few challenges occured during the project but all were promptly dealt with and resolved without question. That is the real measure in my opinion of a company and their service - how they respond to problems on a job. Would happily recommend this company, so much so have referred them to family, friends and clients at work.
Bad experience. Roof booked for Monday... No sign, no call, no explanation. Ruined entire schedule of other trades. After chasing they turned up Tuesday by surprise. Left piles of tiles throughout the garden, piles of tiles blocking the drive and the good tiles on pallets.... Still waiting for them to be removed despite many calls. Bits of tin roofing strewn around the garden too so unsafe for kids and dogs until I cleaned it all up and added it to the pile! Carl said they battened my original timbers before putting on the aluminium batons but that didn't eventuate and was not listed on my agreement so no comeback. Only Jason showed any interest but what promised didn't happen as it was out of his hands. An almighty disaster, no communication and no action. Roof is ok if you want to go through all the grief.
Thank you Cath for the feedback, we do strive to make the customer experiance as best as possible. To be fare we cant re roof in the rain hence we didnt start on the Monday....numerous calls had been left for you on your phone.
The tiles in the driveway where picked up 2 days later...given you live on a main road we had to make sure we did it at a certain time of day so we didnt stop peak hour traffic.
