I received disgusting after sales service from Katherine !
My wife and I purchased 2 Hydranges which were labelled white , however when they bloomed 3 weeks later - one of them was blue.
We called to try and speak to someone so we could swap it for the colour we intended to purchase and were told that it was out mistake.
I kept on telling them that it was labelled white but Katherine got heated up on the phone to and became rude and aggresive towards me.
When I confroted her and asked her to stop being rude she proceeded to slam the phone down on me.
I will never spend a cent here again and woudl not recommend this place - Go somewhere where customer service is a prioirty and where customers are valued , not disrespected and treated like dirt.Based on other reviews , it seems like I am not the only customer who has experienced this from this place.

Just received my two beautiful standard Azalea trees from Bondi Junction. Thank you Peter for having Daniel deliver and plant them on my balcony. It's a great service to provide and made the experience stress free! Plus, I learned so many beneficial horticulture tips and techniques in just the one hour that Daniel helped me. Thanks a million! And, appreciation to Katherine and Stuart for helping me choose the perfect trees.

I had been advised by one of the workers to use a certain product to kill a tree, but it didnt work. I rang to ask if I was using it properly. Peter, the manager answered and was very rude and aggressive. He said I needed to use a stronger product as well as drill a hole in the tree (none of which was stated to me at the time of purchase) Which I told him, and could I get a refund. He very angrily said he would swap the product and he was doing me a favour.
Well, he just lost a customer. He is the manager and he doesnt know how to speak to customers politely.
In addition another product I purchased was $30, it was $15 at Bunnings! 100% mark-up. Save your money and buy elsewhere, you get much information by googling! And no arrogant and rude attitude by the manger if you have a problem.

Great advice and no hard sell. We've been here a number of times and they know their stuff !

Recommended a Gardenia fertiliser and within a day our plant was deep green and looking so much more healthy.
Can't speak highly enough of the staff especially Jack who is a wealth of knowledge and clearly cares about ensuring customers are happy.

I've been walking past this place for the past few years and decided to go in yesterday and my god its massive inside! I seriously thought it was only the tiny shop that you can just see from the front but they extend all the way to the back as well. Amazing variety of pots and plants, and they're pretty affordable too. The staff members were helpful and friendly too.
