Horner Management are a firm that pride themselves on personal attention to their unit owners. Our staff are competent and well versed in the kind of issues that arise in Community Units. We have an after hours number that can look after any emergency work that requires immediate attention.
We are a Company made up of four Strata / Community Managers, an Office Manager and an Office Assistant and a Strata Manager Assistant. Due to our size we can keep our attention to unit owners on a very personal basis. As a rule most of the staff are aware of what is going on in all of our groups.

Having lived in a strata for 13 years managed by Horner’s and in particular by Carrie McInerney, CEO, I cannot recommend them highly enough.
As presiding officer of the strata group committee for many of those years, I found Horner Management to be professional and responsive to any issues that should arise. In fact, the entire office staff are pleasant and nothing appears to be too hard or inconvenient for them to follow up promptly.
