My daughter and I went there a year ago. My daughter had shoulder length brown hair and wanted a very short crop with a long layered fringe and an all over platinum blonde colour. I also had a cut and colour. The stylist however had other ideas. She talked my daughter into a bob cut with rust brown roots and blonde lengths and ends. However there was only about 2 inches of brown near the roots so it just looked like regrowth. And she didn't leave the toner on long enough and the "blonde" came out yellow gold. I mentioned this only to have her tell me that it was just the lights in the salon and that it would look less yellow in natural light. No it did not. After all that came the product pitch. Then I was hit with a $1020 bill. I ended up taking my daughter to another salon to fix the colour which cost me another $250. Will never go back.
**Don't go here** - I went in yesterday for a simple cut - a Bob with a long fringe - and came out with a totally botched, layered, butchered mess. The guy who did my cut couldn't listen or actually cut hair and he's apparently training the apprentices. I feel humiliated and complained - they charged me a "discount" of $90. I was so upset I just paid it and walked out in tears. I'm still waiting for the manager to get back to me.
I have been here twice, the first time I was happy with my cut and colour so I requested the same person the second time. However I am disgusted with my hair. I asked for a blonde ombré through my dark brown hair - he bleached my whole hair bar an inch from the roots. I went back the next week to get it fixed and he put some dark colour back through the top, but no where near enough. I have now straightened my hair 2 weeks later and discovered that he has chopped into my long hair. The left side is fine but the top layer on the right side is 3 inches shorter than the left! It looks terrible. I can't believe how much I paid for what feels like an amateur job. Will never go back again.
