Simply just amazing. The staff are absolutely outstanding and make me feel at ease. Easy parking and perfect location easy to find. Highly recommend HRH and I would not consider looking elsewhere. These guys are highly trained and know what they are doing. I cannot speak highly enough of these guys. I have had 3 treatments to date and I'm 100% satisfied with the results. Terrible service! Poor cleaning and lies about how much work they had done each week equating in over charging. I would recommend nobody goes with this company!!!

This seems to be a non verifiable review as we have no records ever of a Jason Stevens using our services.
At Housekeeping WA we are a family run Cleaning Agency therefore have a strong focus on displaying good morals and values as we carry out our professional services, honesty being one of the prioritized focuses. Ultimately as well due to Housekeeping being a Home Cleaning Agency, the amount of work that is recorded and listed as done falls in to the onus of the cleaners that we liaise with our clients.
This is the worst service I have ever received from a cleaning company. The receptionist was rude, dismissive and unapologetic for the poor service. The first experience was good with the cleaners being professional and thorough. But the service the second time is atrocious with the agency sending the wrong cleaners (and not informing me of this) and a receptionist that feels the need to talk over a customer when they are trying to convey the issues/problems. The cleaners were not thorough and lied about being 'pressured' to complete their job quicker. I'm a supporter of small family owned businesses but I strongly advise not to engage their poor services when there are so many other more deserving companies out there. I'm doubtful and very sceptical that the positive comments about this company are for real. DON'T handover your hard earned money to this company - you will be disappointed. This has been done on several different occasions to our clients and would of happily been done for you. Our receptionists always aim to be courteous and respectful, however, respect is a two-way street. Hence, the accusation of being dismissive and rude could potentially be the result of not wanting to continue discussions due to an issue with the tone and manner in which you were making your complaints and at HousekeepingWA. We have zero tolerance for abusive behaviour and therefore will seize communications with anyone who we believe is acting so. Finally, we would like to apologise sincerely that the wrong cleaners were sent as sometimes amidst the chaos of day-to-day operations or due to unforeseeable absences and illness, the clients desired team cannot always make it and occasionally will be let down but as part of developing from your feedback we will aim to always inform the client in the event this happens. So happy with my cleaning that Fernanda does every week without any problems. She has become part of the Family after looking after us for the past 2 years. As I have so many ornaments, I really appreciate the care she takes when dusting, just a great service that I would recommend anytime.
