Be warned these guys do not home deliver. They advertise that they do but as the end customer be assured they do not. They only dump on the street of recipricent. Its an in-house business rule of theirs. They do nto take it to the office suite (commerical) or appartment number (residential) listed . Nothing to do with COV19 it is somethiing they have done for years. I sugest before contracting any business to them that you contact their call centre and pretend to be a customer and you will be told this . They wont tell a potential business partner this but they tell the general public to like it or lump it. IMPORTANT - be careful as If your business is an online business and thus this company is " the face" and primary human touch point experience of your business this policy of theirs not to deliver to an apartment will cost you customers. BE WARNED - Those businesses that now are having to rely heavily on courier services in the new ' at home economy' be warned.
Use an alternative transport company to these guys where possible.
Delays and issues happen to all carriers but they are non responsive to problems and very very difficult to contact...
To quote after 20mins on hold "its out of our hands and nothing we can do about about"
You only need to look at their website, they dont promote a phone number or email address...
They dont want you to contact them..
They are not motivated by providing any form of reasonable customer service
The reviews are pretty consistent..
Worst courier ever! No respect for customers and their NEED for their items to be delivered on time! To My Deals, why use them!!?!????? I will be contacting the consumer affairs about this piece of rubbish courier, Hunter Express. Express? Ha ha, load of rubbish!
