Terrible customer service, some of the staff there is really good but others are very incompetent. I had an emergencial issue with my car and they said they couldn’t serve me because it was near 3PM and it was too late and asked to come back another day. I took my car down the road to NRMA and they resolved my problem in 10 min.
Your team at the Ryde Service Centre are fantastic! Always polite, knowledgeable & accommodating. One of the main reasons I keep coming back is the great service provided by Andrew. He is always ready to help & his customer service ethos is awesome!, Additionally the week before the service I had a small issue with my headlights so stopped in early on Sat to see if the team could help John was great to deal with - he organised to fix the car seamlessly. Good work guys!
Terrible service, appauling mechanical awareness and overall negative experience.
Purchased a used car and owned it for 6 months, 4 of those 6 months the car was being "repaired" by hunter holden.
The car was running e85 fuel when purchased but had a tank of e10 upon delivery, which cause endless dramas. As a consumer was never made aware of rights and was treated like a problem and not a customer.
Cheap repairs and lack of mechanical knowledge caused months of unnecessary stress and inconvenience
Would never recommend to anyone. Absolute intellectual rubbish of staff that handled the issues. Would avoid like the plague.
AVOID HUNTER HOLDEN AND NORTHSHORE MITSUBISHI AT ALL COSTS.
