Plenty of weights ranging from dumbbells as low as 1KG up to 42.5KG (with more on the way) and barbell weights, 200KG+ olympic plates and 200KG+ premium bumper plates. A solid ATX adjustable bench. Out of the various personal trainers I've had over the years I honestly say that Arun went above and beyond to help me meet my fitness goals. Arun is an extremely knowledgeable, caring and down to earth trainer. Arun has an amazing ability to motivate while being realistic about the different lifestyles of his clients, and also takes the time to carefully tailor your training program/nutrition plan to meet your specific needs. I cannot recommend Arun enough - he is extremely flexible and supportive. Training with Arun not only allowed me to reach my goals, but was also a lot of fun, we always had a great laugh!
As someone who has tried everything there is eg body weight exercises, resistance bands, low weight high reps, endless cardio, aerobics, I can say none of those things work. The only thing that works is lifting substantial weight in the bodybuilding rep range. I really recommend working with Arun as he teaches you the movements with correct form, but can also help if there is something preventing you from getting it right. The free weights he works with are much more superior than any machines you will use at the gym, he'll show the the big compound lifts that work all the muscles in your body. If you keep at the program, eat right and train hard then your strength will increase in leaps and bounds. He's one of the few personal trainers that has years of experience in working out and won't waste your time with useless and inefficient exercises.
