Very poor. I hope the quality of their handbags is much better than their service. They had committed to fixing my jacket after having it for almost a week and losing it in between, to then handing over to complete strangers at my sisters work leaving a note "do not have time to fix". As disappointing that it is they didn't fix my jacket, a simple phone call would have made all the difference
