Planning team failed to deliver, not submitting building approvals when requested and resulted in seven weeks of delays. Execution team have been amazing, flexible and delivered above expectation all the way. Staff have been friendly and helpful in execution phase, different experience to the planning process.
We are extremely happy with our beautiful home. All thanks go to ideal homes for their wonderful work in helping us build our first home. Ideal homes is really amazing they were with us through every step from starting to finishing we highly recommend ideal homes to anyone who is looking forward to get a new home.
Love what we've seen with our house. Chris Moore was friendly and always attentive. Really appreciate the service including finance application which was the big hurdle from our perspective. Feedback for improving is around selling point. It is important to us that we know everything that is covered under the building contract and what we would have to allow or out of our pockets. For us, we were not told that the following were not covered in the contract - internal wall painting, crossover, letterbox and dishwasher. These were not clear in the specs brochure.
