understaffed everytime i go there (which is almost daily as it is my local). Staff barely friendly and always talking to each other. Supervisors interupt staff to enquire if they need more change and then proceed to do this - with a queue of people waiting. Very, very ordinairy

Poor customer service. Always talking to the other operators. Takes forever to get a few items. Also the variety is no where near the other stores.

Very little custmer service, When I went through the checkouts I was half heartly greeted with a "how are you?" Will a small amount of groceries that I had I belived that I would not be to long. I have never ever seen someone scan so slowly, stopping to chat with another staff member I was apalled that she was taking so long. So ten minutes later I finally finished paying for my shopping. Really slow really bad service
