I was applying for a new passport, and the lady reviewing it was so rude, honestly it wasn't hard to tell that AMELIA hates her job. When she was serving an Asian customer who clearly, had difficulty understanding English, she repeatedly said "push" as he was trying to pay with his card (cause he was taping), the fact that she said it so fast and thought that he could even comprehend what she said is amazing. She is definitely a letdown, however, the other staff there were super friendly and helpful, I hope Amelia loses her job there honestly.
Could not agree more with the reviews.. I've even employed the tactic of being OVERLY polite in the hope they realise how rude they are being just for doing their job. Still doesn't work. If you are that unhappy about your job - sell the franchise and move on. Your location doesn't give you the right to treat people like dirt. (Wouldn't let me post 0 stars)
