Inner Strength Pilates classes applies one on one training. There are no more than five clients in a class at one time and each student has their own program to suit their own needs. This program will always be updated by the instructor as the client becomes stronger and progresses.
Inner Strength Barre classes are fabulous for those who want to tone, increase fitness & burn fat! These classes will tone the entire body. They are challenging, yet extremely fun to do. If you want quick results, then these classes are just for you.
I came to my first barre class thinking I was too old and it would be too hard. I hadn't been to a gym in years. Yes I was really sore afterwards but I loved it. Sam adjusted the exercises for me and I have slowly built up my strength. I no longer need physio on my shoulder and I am a lot more toned and stronger. Love it! Thanks Sam
I have been attending Pilates class for just over a year and have had amazing results. I started when my son was just 3 months old and I could barely walk from a slipped disc in my lower spine. I was in a lot of pain a lot of the time. I have now been almost totally pain free for over 6 months and am able to play on the floor with my son which I never thought I'd be able to do. All the staff have been so supportive and encouraging and the small class sizes allow them the time to focus on my needs. Cant recommend them highly enough.
