Really nice hotel with great five star service. The rooms are comfy, extremely clean well, sized and the staff are courteous. Was here for a weekend getaway with my partner and we enjoyed the continental breakfast. They also have a nice bar and live music playing every now and then. Good hotel for business trips as well as Melbourne getaways.

Me and my partner really enjoyed our stay over the weekend. The room was very lush and had a comfortable feel to it. The full buffet breakfast was delicious and in a stylish dining area. Most of all the service from the concierge's and the staff was fantastic, they were always smiling and really went out of there way to assist.

The other was the 1.5% credit card surcharge at checkout. Hotels for years have insisted guests provide credit card imprints for security and during 25 plus years of staying in good hotels I've only ever witnessed one guest ever pay by cash - so paying by credit card is the norm, but having a hotel like this charge 1.5% on top is just ...read more
