Amazing service and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I took my car into their shop when the gearbox started making really loud noises. They looked over it and quoted me before any work began. My car drives like new again. I would highly recommend them.
Took my car to IGR for a gearbox service and diff bushes, they damaged my rear rim of my car by them either dropping the wheel nut or tool into the rim causing it to be dinted seriously. I was told that I had infact caused the damaged and intimidated by the boss and his staff. Definitely upset and disappointed by there quality of work and human skills

They have the worst service and skills I've ever come across. If you have diff issues, do not use Ipswich Gearbox Repairs at 3 Cooney Street, Ipswich. I went to them with a dealership diagnosed diff issue. They convinced me it was the clutch. On their 'expert' opinion I took their word and had the clutch replaced. Was the diff after all. Charged me $3000 for clutch I didn't need then wanted me to pay another $6000 for the diff when I took it back to them. That's the short version.
