If I could give this clinic 0 stars I would. This clinic is run in such a dysfunctional way. They are money hungry, order test after test and never give a clinical diagnosis. It takes months of taking my cat back for the vets to offer useful advice such as switching diets.
The most outrageous part is that the billing system. I would be embarrassed being the owner of this business having staff call patients days later or at the next visit say that “sorry I forgot to bill you $100 for this test, next time or so sorry I forgot to charge you $80 for this test, when I have already spend $300+ on the vet visit! This happened on 3 separate occasions. Once I could understand. I would never ever run my business like this ringing customers day later billing them more for my mistake! Lovely vets and lovely nurses. Both Dr. Victoria and Dr Suzanne were really great and it did not cost the earth! Everyone was helpful and kind and really cared about what was best for my cats and my dog. Great experience!

My favourite vets - so great with my very grumpy and disagreeable cat, and extremely proactive and caring with my arthritic dog with dodgy joints. Dr Suzanne especially knows all the latest treatments so we're always giving my babies the fantastic treatment they deserve. Highly recommend!
