Couldn't unblock my toilet or even put an eel down. Left with the same problem, but an added bill.
The bill for not fixing anything came to $191. Wish I'd got some benefit out of it.
Just found out that we were on true local and saw your review. We did attempt to clear your blocked downstairs toilet with a hand eel & a plunger. ( but was not able to ). The only way was to remove the toilet & use a drain cleaner. But to do this you would need to ...read more
