Called J&T Dale about a few Plumbing issues I was having.
Two apprentices showed up.
Among the issues were 2 leaking toilets.
After a brief check with “the boss” by phone,I was told that the parts were no longer available and that I would need to replace both toilet suites at a cost of $1200 each??
Naturally I declined and rang another plumber who promptly replaced the faulty parts for less than $200.
Not impressed by this companies approach,and they can keep their “complimentary hose check” “customer service speak”and up selling as well.
I am very sorry to learn about your dissatisfaction with our service. This review has taken me by surprise as all of our jobs are strictly attended to by a qualified plumber and usually accompanied by an apprentice. Our entire company goal is for our customers to be 100% satisfied and clearly that is not the case right now, I would appreciate the opportunity to call you by phone to resolve the situation.
