Its based on the philosophy, where practitioners look at the body's natural ability to heal itself and work with the healing power of nature. Naturopathy is a form of medicine that is basically concerned with discovering and removing the root cause of disease, rather than suppressing or treating symptoms. Causes can be chemical (diet, drinking, breathing or eliminating), mechanical (spinal malalignment, muscular tension, stiff joints or bad posture) or psychological (stress, depression or other disorders).
