You are what you eat. Great food, good life. Singleton is now home to a new taste sensation with the opening of Jades Thai Restaurant in John Street, which offers a range of fresh authentic Thai cuisine.
Jades Thai Restaurant opened its doors in Singleton at the end of August and is situated in the former Henris site above Max Bailey Real Estate.
Proud owner and chef Thee uses nothing but fresh natural Thai produce in his traditional recipes, sourced directly from the Flemington markets in Sydney.
Thee trained with head chef and restaurateur Ben Thomas (Banana Blossom) through the chef, restaurateur and author David Thompson crew (Darley Street Thai, Sailor Thai, Thai Street Cooking) who is renowned for his traditional recipes and culinary techniques.
Also the proud owner of Thub Thim Thai in Moree, which opened in 2010, Thee is excited to be able to bring authentic and delicious Thai cuisine to tempt our taste buds with dishes designed to be shared.
Jades Thai restaurant is open 7 nights per week for dinner from 5pm till late and Tuesday to Saturday for lunch from 11.30am to 2.30pm.
Jades also have a takeaway offer and lunch time specials available.
Group bookings and catering are welcome by appointment.
Jades Thai Restaurant remains BYO until the pending liquor license is approved.

What a great restaurant. Very friendly staff. Great atmosphere and absolutely delicious food. If we did have one small complaint it was that the service was a little slow at times but overall we think it is the best restaurant we have been to in Singleton and we will definitely be back. Highly reccomended
Highly recommended!!! Went there many times since they first opened(3-4 months ago) and always our favorite to return. Our 1st night was very quiet, only 2 tables in the restaurant but after the words getting around now have to say congratulation, sometime even full house on Tuesday night, Well done guys!!
Fabulous food, great atmosphere and wonderful service, especially Jade and Jenny, they are always very friendly and helpful. They even put napkin on my knee, pour wine for us and offer to keep our wine and beer in there's fridge (except some busy night but I do understand they have lot of things to do at least they polite and friendly). Definitely come back again and again
I ordered the lamb and was cooked perfectly. All other food (guests) were outstanding. However, on all three occasions service from the staff has been below average. What would make my review a 5 star review would be an improvement in customer service both on the phone and when dining. For example, have the wait staff know exactly what is being served to the customer, to address any questions the customer may have about the dishes. One should not have to go to the chef four times and ask about the same meal. Also, the staff were not dressed professionally - Staff also charged us for corkage, in which did not supply the service for (it is a BYO - we had to pour and open our wine, although we did receive half our corkage price back). And more thing, the table cloth was very dirty. My main meal cost us $25. For something that costly, we would expect great service and clean table cloths. Great food, average service.
