Fantastic customer service! It is the busiest time of the year - working in retail myself I can understand how exhausting & frustrating it can be - but staff were just positively delightful. Greeted us with wonderful smiles, were very helpful, even called the other store to source a DVD for us! & it wasn't just the one staff member, we also needed help with other items. The worst CS and sales experience i have ever had. I was told porkies about the capabilities of a gaming headset that we purchased AND the sales girl tried to sell us an Extended Warranty which gave us no more warranty than provided by law. Its now 3 days since i returned the headset(it was completely unsuitable for gaming via console and didnt do ANYTHING the sales girl said it would) and i am still without my money. I contacted the Head Office yesterday and they refused to do anything to remedy their stuff up so im almost $200 out of pocket and sans any headset. They are truly the worst company i have ever dealt with. Give them a very wide berth.
