I have been training twice a week for over 18 months now with Andrew. I would have no hesitation in recommending Andrew as a trainer. He is exceptionally professional and dedicated. He designed a bespoke training regime that took account of an injured shoulder, something gym or group classes just couldnt do. Andrew has a knack for finding ways to mix up each session, be it boxing, cardio or core strength, making even the most recalcitrant trainee enjoy exercising.
I've been doing classes with Andrew for a few months now and have to say his classes are always heaps of fun, challenging and leave you wanting more! Getting out and getting fit outside is a great change from my stuffy gym too. Classes there are repetitive week in, week out, but all of Andrew's classes are different and so your workouts are always varied - a great way to keep me coming back.
Andrew is an excellent trainer. I have been training with him for over a year and a half, 1-2 times a week. He is an excellent motivator and keeps the sessions varied and interesting. My fitness level these days is so much higher and I feel great for it. I highly recommend him.
