Bought a 550 from these guys about 3 years ago and it has been a gem. Can't fault any part of the purchasing process, the installation was seamless and we had enjoyed a great looking fireplace without all of the messiness of a wood burner AND it pumps out the heat! Highly recommend this unit for stress-free, efficient heating.
We have had a repair person vist 3 times over a 4 week period only to find it still has not been fixed. I keep ringing the repair person all this week and still no callback. Their service standards for answering and returning calls has to be the worst, I have experienced in a very long time!
We had a Heat & Glo 350 fireplace installed in our back living room about two years ago and it's been fantastic. No issues, just had it's first service and is working great. Warms really well, we spend a lot of time in that room so we find we often don't need to put on the central heating if we're down there. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to people looking for a gas fireplace.
The Heat n Glo At Supreme is extremely noisy. Also i was disappointed to the area it can heat. If this is your primary heater then reconsider. Also be aware that if you are installing this into a period home with lovely chimney stacks, depending on model bought, you may get an ugly industrial flu outlet sitting on top of your chimney stacks. But the noise! The noise! It's rediculous!
Have you contacted our service department in regards to the noise which your unit is making? The i30 is one of our more popular products and it strange to hear that you are having an issue with noise. Please feel free to contact me to discuss further . Ash (email@example.com) The "industrial flue" sitting on top of the chimney is actually a Australian Gas code requirement and not just related to our products. Any gas product using the existing chimney to exhaust via flue or using national draft requires a anti down draft cowl to be fitted.

Our Heat&Glo heater was installed incorrectly by a well established builder, Left on our own, we approached Roy at Jetmaster for guidance at least. The subsequent assistance provided by Ian, Jetmaster Service Manager, was invaluable, including steering a path through the legalities of having the unit re-installed properly by the original plumber . The unit has now been re-installed safely and legally by that plumber under the background guidance and supervision of Ian. All of that with no additional cost to us. We are now a very happy owner of a Heat&Glo heater and could not recommend more highly the service and understanding received from Jetmaster. Well done Jetmaster.
