Jetmaster Heat & Glo

Bought a 550 from these guys about 3 years ago and it has been a gem. Can't fault any part of the purchasing process, the installation was seamless and we had enjoyed a great looking fireplace without all of the messiness of a wood burner AND it pumps out the heat! Highly recommend this unit for stress-free, efficient heating.

We have had a repair person vist 3 times over a 4 week period only to find it still has not been fixed. I keep ringing the repair person all this week and still no callback. Their service standards for answering and returning calls has to be the worst, I have experienced in a very long time!

We had a Heat & Glo 350 fireplace installed in our back living room about two years ago and it's been fantastic. No issues, just had it's first service and is working great. Warms really well, we spend a lot of time in that room so we find we often don't need to put on the central heating if we're down there. The Heat n Glo At Supreme is extremely noisy. Also i was disappointed to the area it can heat. If this is your primary heater then reconsider. Also be aware that if you are installing this into a period home with lovely chimney stacks, depending on model bought, you may get an ugly industrial flu outlet sitting on top of your chimney stacks.
