SUPER INSECURED “secured” carpark !!!! Things in my car was misplaced, dash camera being unplugged !
I parked my car at Jetport Airport car Park , Melbourne and paid a premium price for their undercover parking for four nights. When I picked up my car, I noticed the dash camera in my car is being unplugged and things in my boot are being misplaced. I've also got videos of someone opening my car's boot an hour after I left my car (unfortunately the video wasn't able to capture the person’s face ). What I noticed also was the drive mode of my car had changed.read more
The most AMAZING SERVICE I have ever experienced in such an unexpected place, from the first moment I booked over the phone , to being greeted upon arrival and assisted with luggage by happy smiling staff. On return it was exactly the same , could not fault them !!!
No wonder they have the biggest car park , they will need the space with service like that. Love it , I will be back !!!!
We were charged double the amount on pick up for their option B ($300) car service. When questioning the charge of $600 we were first told that as the service wasn't done by Jetport, we should just pay and call the garage ourselves to investigate. When they did agree to investigate first, the garage informed us that $300 was the starting price only, and for any non standard features the higher costs are what they are, with zero consultation before the work is done! We were also accused of 'complaining' about the price when in fact we were reasonably questioning a bill of twice the amount. Appalling.
We waited 20 minutes on pickup, after being told there was a van waiting. But that's not the worst part.
Disgusting management, horrible service and a horrible experience. We parked our car for 5 days at jetport (clean & without food traces, we don't eat in our car) only to come back to it infested with ants. I'm not talking a few ants, a complete infestation.
When I confronted the company, they tried to place blame on my baby and her food or milk, which is ridiculous as she is breastfed. The company was completely unapologetic, did not call back when they said they would & basically lead us in circles for the whole New Year Period.read more
