DO Not Join
I was looking for a gym , that suits my need , I called this one , and all seemed to be excellent. So I joined. After 3 Weeks , all I`ve been told originally when I signed up , was a lie , they chased me up in the gym like a criminal , and after 3 day , I went in managers office , With authority and superior voice I`ve been told No and No , and the only solution is to after another membership so my 11 YO . After another month I read though some reviews , and notice extra charges , so I called the gym , and quite aggressive I`ve been told , that yes I knew that for I initiated all papers. I agreed to pay 22.99 / week when I signed up , in 12 weeks I should had paid $275 I ended up $700 . 9.95X 2 every third month gym equipment, 2.45 /twice per fortnight, and god forbidden is the card is not processed 17.90 penalties . Gym's ok but staff dont show any initiative in helping

Couldn't disagree more. My wife and I have been a members for 1.5 yrs, never felt safer in a gym environment. Staff and owners are always happy to help with any questions. The place is always super clean and machines are never broken. Best part is they are 24/7 and you get access to over 100 Jetts clubs at no extra cost and at $17.95 a fortnight they are very affordable. Couldn't rate them high enough.
I agree with the staff not being friendly any more, the new staffing changes earlier this year has made visits a bit uncomfortable. If you come when it's unstaffed, of course you'd disagree. Although cleanliness has also gone downhill since the changes. You get what you pay for I guess, overall for the price its acceptable. Would be good to see some competition in the area though with more 24/7 gyms.
