Being a new member to this gym, I was both excited and a little apprehensive in joining (as most people are when starting a new fitness centre, where quite frankly, you're not exactly looking your best at all times!) but the staff immediately made me feel comfortable with their friendliness and helpfulness. I signed up and arranged for the complimentary PT session, tour of the gym and how the machines worked etc. The PT who showed me around didn't pressure me to take any separate sessions and was very patient in both demonstrating then watching how I operated each machine, giving me guidance on what weights to do for each and recording what I'd learnt so I could track my own progress.read more
