Really great place for some delicious Thai food. Nicely presented and smells and looks great. Very busy for a lunch time session we had with friends. Ordering a few of the favourites to share it was a pleasant lunch to the tummy with a bit of everything. My favourite is the fried rice and the side serving of chilli prawns. The chilli taste was not too hot, did get my nose a bit runny but it was just enough for my tolerance so a good kick to the tongue. Great environment and great atmosphere. Very popular Thai place as the staff were extrememly busy continuely serving and taking orders. Would definitely be back.
I booked for a table of six two weeks in advance and when I arrived at the booked time I was asked to wait 10 mins. The place was ridiculously packed and busy but the staff were friendly and accommodating. I ordered the fish cake, pineapple fried rice, beef Pad Thai, red curry with duck along with other various sides and I must say their portions were ridiculously small. However, their food tastes exceptional and you can really taste out their authentic favours. Shame that I had to settle for a kebab on the way home to make myself full.
Probably one of Melbourne's best authentic Thai Restaurant. If you don't have a booking, do expect a long wait. From previous experiences, came in during dinner time as was either told that the wait was 1 hr or no seats at all.
Booked one week in advance after their reopening for a table of 5 adults. We ordered the Soft Shell Crab with Pepper and salt, Pad Thai, Papaya Salad - hot but delicious, Red duck Curry , Pineapple fried rice, Fish Cakes Squish cakes, and the chicken wrapped in panda - all dishes was delicious but such a big shame that the dishes was a small portion than your average Thai places. After finishing all dishes I left feeling comfortable and not too full.read more
Situated off the main drag of Victoria St, you could almost miss coming here. Fortunately I had a friend visiting from overseas recommend it and it was fabulous! We decided to share so we could try different dishes and I would recommend that as all the dishes were great. The soft shell crab with chilli and papaya was delicious and the green curry is wonderful. I was slightly surprised how busy it was for a week night. Prices were reasonable. Service is great, very friendly and welcoming. This typical great Thai food, fragrant and spicy.
