I spent 11500 dollars on an engagement ring. when i received it was all nearly perfect except for one little diamond on the band that was yellow. They blamed me and my fiance for splashing something on the ring and that's why one of the diamonds appeared yellow and all it needs is a micro clean or something, So after sending it back for them to fix it they sent it back with the diamond still yellow, and this time the band was bent, the centre stone was offset and one of the diamonds of the halo was missing. now they blamed my fiance for damaging the ring and said they will fix all the problems wrong with it and send it back 100% fixed (after a heated argument over the phone with them). Their customer service was appalling, and finally when I received the ring back for the last time expecting everything to be perfect, admittedly they had replaced the missing diamond but the band was still slightly bent, the centre diamond was still on an angle, and thatread more
Your ring was delivered in perfect condition. No communication was received about the state of your ring until 1 month later when you emailed us saying your ring needed to be resized and that one of the diamonds was yellow. We resized your ring, cleaned the yellow discolouration off and sent it back in perfect condition.
Nearly a week after sending your ring back you phoned us saying the ring was damaged. Shocked, we agreed to take your ring back forread more
Ok, waiting on outcome for insurance claim. Once everything is all sorted, I'll update my review.
I would like to comment on the quality of their products but unfortunately, I didn't manage to get past making an appointment to see their diamonds. The person I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude when I asked about a weekend appointment. I was told they were not interested and to go somewhere else! I will definitely not bother with them as I was looking at spending $35K on an engagement ring.
