Not happy at all. Bought a tshirt, found out it was defective. After returning it with the receipt I was told it would need to be sent away. After asking for the management, was told that the they shouldn't refund it anyway. Very unhappy considering this is a very well known brand that I frequently buy & have never had problems... Until now.

It wasn't the product at all I have bought this brand many times before and never had a problem which is why I haven't mentioned them. I completely understand that on occasion a product misses a stitch or two, it was the service I received from the store.
I already called the Elizabeth store yesterday. They were very helpful and exchanged the faulty tshirt without a problem.
