I took my coffee machine to Julian's because it was leaking and dripping between coffees and after making coffees, apparently needing a seal to be replaced. The first seal was the incorrect one and the second seal seems useless. Before collecting the coffee machine I asked them if they had tested it and reminded them that I live two hours and not keen to return. The person who served me assured me they had. Well the coffee machine drips and leaks, exactly, as it was before I took it in to be repaired. I do want my money back but they tell me they want to have a look at it because I might be doing this or that incorrectly - to a machine I have been using for over a year and know how it operates. I am not impressed. Be aware, not very friendly and very poor customer service.
Extremely poor customer service and workmanship. Very unprofessional and I do not recommend! This company takes no responsibility for their mistakes. our repairs have been completed incorrectly and we have been left with damage, not to mention I’ve been ignored when contacting them regarding this! Disgusting!
What an absolute disgrace of a company...after putting our coffee machine in too be fixed a week before Xmas we finally got it bak end of Jan. as we had another to use we didn’t try the machine for anther 30 or so days and when we did the exact same problems occurred. Now because we are past their 30 day return policy we have to book it in again as a new job. $150 down the drain for some this inept company says they fixed but obviously never tried the machine once they had done the work on it. Do yourself a favour people and go elsewhere, they’re just going to rip you off...
