After doing my own exercise program for 4 months I really needed something to give me an extra edge, to push me a little bit and to gain a personal heap more - and along came Jacqui. She not only works out the level of motivation that you require but listens to your needs and adjusts your programme accordingly. I have loved every session with Jacqui - not only the exercise part but the food logs and extra's she provides you so you can get as much and more that you need to achieve your goals. I haven't run for 15 years, since I was in high school PE classes....yet 10 weeks after having my 3rd baby I joined Jacqui's class with a group of other Mums and she got me running.
