My 84 year old very frail mother, who is on a pension ;
purchased an exercise bike,model no. GX-890, on 7/12/11,on my behalf for Xmas of that year,
{the salesperson on duty was very helpful,and is awarded the half star (NOT THE Management)
We are still awaiting the return of broken product after management assured me it would be repaired.They also told me that using this bike in the standing position had voided its' warranty.
Every spin class /i have ever attended uses bikes in this way.
Have had no contact since early 2012 after being informed that,"all their repairmen had resigned" or some such nonsense, this matter about to be referred to consumer affairs, if full refund is not forthcoming.
