If I can rate a 'no star', I would have done so.
I made a booking to have a plumber come later the day. The booking was confirmed. However, the plumber failed to show up so I wasted the entire day waiting. The next day, the plumber randomly called the next morning to say he was 40 minutes away. So I gave the company a second chance to redeem themselves.
The plumber came and spent 10 minutes assessing. His conclusion was, "nothing I can do. Call the council up".read more
Very disappointing service. The plumber had no idea on how to fix the product at hand and only spent 20 mins on site charging a massive call out fee of 195.00 and did absolutely nothing but guess what he was doing
Disgusting service and will never recommend K J woolleys service to anyone
My advice to anyone who calls for their service, be prepared on getting ripped off and disappointed
Poor poor service and quality
Also known as Wooleys Plumbing the management, reception and pricing is atrocious. Expensive and unfriendly as soon as you start to question anything they tell you. The plumbers are nice and competent, but... We have had a ducted heating problem with a Brivis unit for the longest time, and even though we've had a technician come out and assess the problem and make a temporary fix... (they said to call and have them replace the fan next time), when I called 6 months later, they insisted on coming out again to check the problem, rather than come and bring the spare part with them. Save paying double 'call out' fees and labor.
I now called Brevis Customer Service directly. They know your unit number, know exactly what the problem is and come ONCE and bring the spare part with them.
I couldn't agree more - run a mile from this company.

Once they finally turned up and had done the quote they were asked to go ahead but they took weeks just to replace a simple part from an aircon unit. When I called to ask when the job was booked in I received the rudest reply from staff who I can only assume is 'K' in the title of this terrible business. Which is worse since I would have thought if it is your business, you'd try to keep the customers coming back. This person told me in so many words to just get in line with everyone else, and that if I called back a few days later, my booking would be put on the bottom of the list. They never called to organise a time. They only called if their workers were in the area that day to see if I was home, and if I wasn't, well "maybe" they would come the next day but still no time was given. Almost three weeks later the guy came for 10 mins and replaced the part. BAD SERVICE
