I took my brand new vehicle here for an inspection to enable me to register it in NSW. The man I dealt with obviously doesn't like BMW's and was rude and negative during the whole process. I paid a lot of money for my car and was more or less told that my car was a piece of rubbish. I won't be visiting this business again for any reason.

Worst experience. Didn't appreciate my pride and joy and didn't know what they were doing. Due to time wasting I had to take the car home and fix it myself.

Tom at KRock Automotive went out of his way to help out by undertaking a roadworthy inspection on one of our vehicles at a time that suited us (we drove up from Melbourne) even though it must have been very inconvenient for him, right in the middle of the long weekend. Professional, efficient and friendly service. Thank you!!
