My husband and I ordered our food to eat in, food was ok - standard for KFC but no napkins on the counter and only one on our bag, when I asked for more she was like 'yeah the is one in there' uuummm did she expect us to share a napkin.. found her a little rude.
Each time I visit this KFC I am appalled by their service. I got to the window and was handed by food and realised the girl had forgotten my drink. I asked her politely for my drink and she groaned and practically threw the drink into my car. Nevertheless, I returned with hopes their service had improved. it hadn't. the girl groaned at the drive through when she had got confused about my order and said 'oh my god'. very rude service, pull up your game.
Customer service is the worst I've come across, staff were rude, pushy and really didn't care. Asked at the window if I could add to the order and was told rudely we don't do that here and you should have done it all at the speaker box. The food we received was of a very poor quality it was oily, soggy and over cooked, chips were also soggy and not salted, no straws offered for drinks, no napkins and no spoons for the mash. My hole order was roughly $65 and no one even bothered to contact via phone/email regarding my feedback.
Will not recommend or use again.
Terrible service. Used the drive-thru then told of a ten minute wait on chicken...told to wait in the carpark and food would be brought out in 10 mins...25 minutes later with no sign of food I had to take my small grandson out of the car and see what happened to my order. Waited another 5 minutes whilst the crew of young harassed looking teens flapped around piling the now copious quantities of chicken into bags for current drive-thru users . No apologies or realization or concern of my annoyance. .. lousy food as well. Will never go there again....a joke of a place.
We are regular customers of Rosebud KFC. I was extremely disappointed to find that part of our meal was missing. When we called to complain the response from store management was beyond appalling. Management stated "what do you want me to do about it?" Rather than offering a viable option. I am beyond disappointed by their attitude and response. I would expect better from your organization.
