Our experience with ‘Kitchen Works’ was extremely stressful primarily due to very poor customer relations and communication skills with the owners. There were too many issues over the course of four months to go into so here are the main ones:
- Lack of detailed plans and inconsistent measurements given. Both the electrician and plumber put things in the wrong place during the ‘rough in’ as the ‘plans’ were confusing

I had a similar experience but a price tag of $30,000 with no sense of what I was going to get I also left in tears could you tell me who you ended up using please.
Hi Marilyn, Sorry to hear you also had issues. I have tried to comment with the name of the kitchen company I used but was rejected. They are based in Warrimoo. I love my new kitchen, it is beautiful.
